New trading board on the equity market test server

A new board has been added to the equity market ASTS+ trading & clearing test environment (INET_GATEWAY) - Board ID: EQTD. This board implements ETF trading with 100% collateral and no short selling allowed, with settlement in USD. Trades settlement code is T0.

Date of the production launch of the new board will be announced later as part of the equity market news.
