RUB Penalty Rate Change from September 18, 2017
Due to decision of NCC Clearing Bank starting from September 18, 2017:
- RUB Rollover Rate in FX and Precious Metals Market (SDRUB) will be changed to 17%.
- Upper REPO Penalty Rate (HPenRate) on Equity Market will be changed to 17%.
