Start of testing Indicative quotes service
Dear MOEX Derivatives Market users,
This is to inform you that starting from 5 February 2018 a new service "Indicative Quote System IQS" will be available for testing on the test environment (T0). The service allows participants to show their interest in low liquidity contracts without blocking initial margin.
On a matching counter offer and after subsequent initiator’s confirmation, all the initial margin checks will be performed by the common Spectra’s risk modules.
In Phase 1 connectivity to the new service is available only via Plaza2 (CGate).
In addition, FIX quote entry and FAST market data interfaces will be provided later in Phase2.
Please note, TWIME will not be available for IQS.
