Steps to connect to MOEX global infrastructure

For MOEX Trading members:

  1. Contact MOEX sales department at +7(495) 745-8126 or at itsales@moex.com to order connectivity and selected access services (FIX/FAST).
  2. Submit service requests for POP and FAST services specifying desired configuration and sign IT service agreement.
  3. Once your POP order is processed, you'll receive technical details for a cross-connect (rack location, ports, etc).
  4. Arrange a cross-connect to POP equipment in chosen location. Please pay attention that this cross-connect is not included into the service charge and is charged separately.
  5. Test Layer 1 connectivity.
  6. Once Layer 1 connectivity tests are successful, MOEX and operator specialists apply necessary ports configuration.
  7. Test Level3 network and MOEX service availability.
  8. If necessary, pass certification procedure for your system.
  9. Once all tests completed successfully, switch to production.

For MOEX Trading member's Clients:

  1. Contact your broker to receive FIX IDs for MOEX Trading system access.
  2. If you need to receive market data feeds directly from the Exchange, contact MOEX market data sales department at +7(495) 363-3232 or data@moex.com to sign necessary market data agreement.
  3. Contact MOEX sales department at +7(495) 745-8126 or at itsales@moex.com to order connectivity and selected multicast access services (FAST).
  4. Submit service requests for POP and FAST services specifying desired configuration and sign IT service agreement.
  5. Once your POP order is processed, you'll receive technical details for a cross-connect (rack location, ports, etc).
  6. Arrange a cross-connect to POP equipment in chosen location. Please pay attention that this cross-connect is not included into the service charge and is charged separately.
