ConnectME – typical connection diagram

There are two typical diagrams that illustrate possible types of connection through ConnectME solution:

  • Remote connection to the Exchange from the Client's facility (no reserve).
  • Redundant connection to the Exchange from the Client's facility.

Remote connection from the Client's facility (no reserve)

The client uses one point-to-point network channel to organize connection between the Exchange data centre(s) (M1 or Kislovsky DC) and the client office where the client front end systems are located.

Moscow Exchange specislists terminate the client network channel on a dedicated port on the Exchange network equipment. The Client should pass management of his network equipment to the Moscow Exchange.

The solution supports BGP dynamic routing.

Redundant connection to the Exchange from the Client's facility

The client uses at least two point-to-point network channels to organize connection between the Exchange data centres (M1 and Kislovsky DC) and the client office where the client front end systems are located.

Moscow Exchange professionals terminate the client network channel on two dedicated ports on the Exchange network equipment. The Client should pass management of his network equipment to the Moscow Exchange.

The solution supports BGP dynamic routing.
