SPECTRA system update to v4.5 is postponed

Dear clients,

Moscow Exchange would like to inform you that SPECTRA trading system upgrade to version 4.5 is postponed due to high market volatility and MOEX intentions to minimize participants" risks of new functionality implementation. New preliminary date to roll on production is 7 September 2015, final date will be announced later.

If you have already sent testing participation request, it would be transferred to new date automatically.

What"s new in 4.5 release:

  1. Billing subsystem update
  2. MOEXREPO futures launch
  3. Canceled restriction on Settlement Price change
  4. Canceled margin restriction
  5. Positive Variation Margin for closed positions will be included into available funds for trading
  6. Removed limitations for maximum FX rate change for Variation margin calculation at clearing/intermediate clearing
  7. Debt repayment mechanism for bankrupt clearing members through the Central Bank execution
  8. Guaranteed address orders matching
  9. Options analysis update in Derivatives market terminal
  10. Technology changes
