Moscow Exchange sold stakes in PFTS Stock Exchange and Ukrainian Exchange

Moscow Exchange sold its stake of 50.02% in PFTS Stock Exchange, completing its exit from the company.

The Exchange also reduced its ownership in Ukrainian Exchange to 23.09%. Negotiations to sell the remaining stake in Ukrainian Exchange are underway.

The transactions were priced at approximately the book value of the stakes under IFRS.
