Securities of one issuer to stop trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange

Please be advised that in accordance with the MICEX Stock Exchange Rules for listing, admission of securities to placement and trading and directions issued by the Exchange trading in the funds units of the fixed period demand mutual fund for investments "FINAM NIZKOLIKVIDNIYE AKTSII" (state registration number of the Rules for trust management of the mutual fund — 0316-75341925 as of 26.01.2005; trading code — RU000A0JC060; managed by Finam Management AMC, LLC) will be ceased in the Exchange from October 29, 2012. The fund units are included into the Non-listed securities segment of securities admitted to trading in the CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange". Trading in the fund units will be ceased due to termination of securities service by the settlement depository.
