                RUB Penalty Rate Change from December 17, 2018

                Due to decision of CCP NCC starting from December 17, 2018:

                • RUB Rollover Rate in FX and Precious Metals Market (SDRUB) will be changed to 15.5%.
                • Upper REPO Penalty Rate (HPenRate) on Equity Market will be changed to 15.5%.
