OTC-FIX gate upgrade

Dear OTC-FIX gate users,

Please be informed that the production OTC FIX gateway for the OTC deals report system (OTC monitor) has been updated on May 08, 2019.

In the new version, an optional field OnBehalfOfCompID has been added to the message header, which contains the participant code in the OTC-monitor system.
