Trading in bonds of Mortgage Agent of AHML 2010-1, class A1 to be suspended as from February 20, 2013

Please be advised that in accordance with the MICEX Stock Exchange Rules for listing, admission of securities to placement and trading, and the statement of the MICEX Stock Exchange Listing Department it was decided to suspend trading in interest-bearing documentary unconvertible bearer mortgage-backed housing bonds of Mortgage Agent of AHML 2010-1 subject to class A1 mandatory centralized custody (state registration number — 4-01-72301-H as of 22.06.2010; trading system code — RU000A0JQY27) in CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange as from February 20, 2013 based on notification on full early redemption of the bonds at par value filed by the issuer (Ref.238 of 13.02.2013).
