Risk parameters change for the security IRGZ

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 01.04.2020, 14-16 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 12.64) and initial margins (up to 62.5 %) for the security IRGZ were changed. New values are available here
