Risk parameters change for the security MU-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 30.09.2020, 20-05 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 3432) and initial margins (up to 23.75 %) for the security MU-RM were changed. New values are available here
