New web service of the Clearing Member

Dear clients!

Since August 2020 new web service of the Clearing Member – Clearing Terminal (version 1.5) has been implemented.

Clearing Terminal provides the Clearing Member with the following:

  • tools for managing clearing objects via WEB API, built on RESTful principles, and adaptive use interface WEB UI;
  • access to the information on settlement accounts, trade accounts, sub-accounts clusters, collateral accounts, details of accounts for collateral return etc. from the trading-clearing systems of the securities, FX, derivatives, commodities markets and standardized derivatives markets;
  • tools for generating and forwarding to NCC via secure channel requests for collateral return, transfer between settlement accounts, early settlement, registration of accounts for collateral return, receiving statement under collateral accounts etc. requests according to the clearing rules.

The most comfortable way to get familiar with the Clearing Terminal is to watch the presentation "Clearing terminal. Examples", where the examples of requests filling in are provided:

  • Request for collateral return;
  • Request for collateral transfer;
  • Request for the registration of details of the account for collateral return, request for setting correspondence of the account for collateral return to the settlement account;
  • Request for the statement under the collateral account.

And other useful requests.

NCC is planning to stop implementing new versions of the existing web service Web-clearing. The exact date, when all further adjustments regarding Web-clearing will not be made, will be announced in advance but not later than in 6 month prior to this date. Then we are planning to decommission Web-clearing. We kindly ask you to take it into consideration when planning development of your internal systems and processes, and to schedule transfer to the Clearing Terminal as the main channel of interaction with NCC.

At this moment both Clearing Terminal and Web-clearing can be used at the same time.

In order to get familiar with the Clearing Terminal we are providing opportunity to test Clearing Terminal.

Testing environment is fully in line with the version in release. Access to the test Clearing Terminal allow to get familiar with the opportunities and functions of new service, display forms and also to forward requests for execution and check execution results.

Description of new service Clearing Terminal is given on the NCC’s website, including the following:

  • General data on the Clearing Terminal, e.g. general presentation;
  • Full documentation regarding API and UI of the Clearing Terminal, including user guide;
  • Examples of main operations in the Clearing Terminal;
  • How to test Clearing Terminal;
  • How to connect users to the Clearing Terminal;
  • Description of the role model of the Clearing Terminal.
