Risk parameters change for the security SU29017RMFS9

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 14.10.2020, 15-25 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 93.918) and initial margins (up to 10 %) for the security SU29017RMFS9 were changed. New values are available here
