Specific aspects of risk parameters for Ozon Holdings PLC depositary shares

As part of the launch of trading in Ozon Holding PLC Depositary Shares, Moscow Exchange will conduct real time monitoring of the market throughout the trading session on 24 November.

Where quotes in Ozon reach the price band limits, Moscow Exchange will consider expanding the limits, also during after-hours trading.

Ozon Holding plc ADS are traded without full collateral required and with an option for short selling.

Please note that trading members must have in place sufficient collateral to meet increased risk rates requirements in case the price band is widened.

From 25 November 2020, the price band for Ozon Holding PLC DSs will not be revised in the after-hours trading session.
