Risk parameters change for the security MRK-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 03.03.2021, 16-19 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 6176) and initial margins (up to 21 %) for the security MRK-RM were changed. New values are available here
