Risk parameters change for the security BIDU-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 04.03.2021, 21-14 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 18009) and initial margins (up to 25.5 %) for the security BIDU-RM were changed. New values are available here
