Risk parameters change for the security TSLA-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 11.05.2021, 14-41 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 39497) and initial margins (up to 28.75 %) for the security TSLA-RM were changed. New values are available here
