Risk parameters change for the security BABA-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 13.05.2021, 20-01 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 14516) and initial margins (up to 18.75 %) for the security BABA-RM were changed. New values are available here
