Risk parameters change for the security UPS-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 09.06.2021, 17-57 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 13713) and initial margins (up to 16.25 %) for the security UPS-RM were changed. New values are available here
