Risk parameters change for the security MSTR-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 26.07.2021, 21-19 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 58216) and initial margins (up to 75 %) for the security MSTR-RM were changed. New values are available here
