Risk parameters change for the security MRO-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 19.08.2021, 21-18 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 720) and initial margins (up to 26.25 %) for the security MRO-RM were changed. New values are available here
