Risk parameters change for the security LLY-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 09.09.2021, 21-33 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 16663) and initial margins (up to 17.5 %) for the security LLY-RM were changed. New values are available here
