Risk parameters change for the security BFB-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 24.09.2021, 14-44 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 5502) and initial margins (up to 16.25 %) for the security BFB-RM were changed. New values are available here
