Risk parameters change for the security MOS-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 02.11.2021, 16-46 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 2510) and initial margins (up to 23.75 %) for the security MOS-RM were changed. New values are available here
