Risk parameters change for the security SU26231RMFS9

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 08.11.2021, 16-11 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 24.896) and initial margins (up to 50 %) for the security SU26231RMFS9 were changed. New values are available here
