Risk parameters change for the security PYPL-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 09.11.2021, 17-10 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 14110) and initial margins (up to 22.5 %) for the security PYPL-RM were changed. New values are available here
