Risk parameters change for the security PVH-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 26.11.2021, 18-57 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 7155) and initial margins (up to 31.25 %) for the security PVH-RM were changed. New values are available here
