Risk parameters change for the security PTR-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 26.11.2021, 18-58 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 2998) and initial margins (up to 21.25 %) for the security PTR-RM were changed. New values are available here
