Risk parameters change for the security QDEL-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 26.11.2021, 19-25 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 12375) and initial margins (up to 42.5 %) for the security QDEL-RM were changed. New values are available here
