Risk parameters change for the security MRK-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 29.11.2021, 17-48 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 5389) and initial margins (up to 16.25 %) for the security MRK-RM were changed. New values are available here
