Risk parameters change for the security BFB-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 30.11.2021, 23-21 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 5024) and initial margins (up to 16.25 %) for the security BFB-RM were changed. New values are available here
