Risk parameters change for the security YNDX

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 24.01.2022, 14-03 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 2938.4) and initial margins (up to 28.5 %) for the security YNDX were changed. New values are available here
