Risk parameters change for the security MA-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 24.01.2022, 17-47 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 24968) and initial margins (up to 17.5 %) for the security MA-RM were changed. New values are available here
