Risk parameters change for the security TSLA-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 24.01.2022, 17-51 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 61455) and initial margins (up to 30 %) for the security TSLA-RM were changed. New values are available here
