Risk parameters change for the security TROW-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 24.01.2022, 18-12 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 11103) and initial margins (up to 17.5 %) for the security TROW-RM were changed. New values are available here
