Risk parameters change for the security ETSY-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 24.01.2022, 18-19 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 9382) and initial margins (up to 35 %) for the security ETSY-RM were changed. New values are available here
