Risk parameters change for the security TSLA-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 27.01.2022, 22-32 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 59176) and initial margins (up to 35 %) for the security TSLA-RM were changed. New values are available here
