Risk parameters change for the security RSTI

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 03.08.2022, 13-48 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 0.6028) and initial margins (up to 40.5 %) for the security RSTI were changed. New values are available here
