The risk parameters change for the swap USD000TODTOM

As per the FX and Precious metals market risk parameters methodology, on 11.10.2022, 17-36 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to -0.4668 rub) and initial margins (up to -0.5093 rub) for the FX swap USD000TODTOM were changed. New values are available here
