Elimination of obsolete order dialogs from MOEX Trade SE terminal

Starting from date of the first release of 2023 it is planned to delete obsolete order dialogs without "Sell" and "Buy" tabs from MOEX Trade SE terminal for equity and bond market. If you would like to check standard dialog design, you may disable "Order entry dialogs without tabs" option on the "Actions" tab of terminal parameters.
