Change in the link to the location of the report style in the xml report file

To enhance information security when accessing resources of the Exchange over the Internet, a transition to the secure HTTPS protocol is planned for connecting to the exchange's FTP at https://ftp.moex.com/.

Starting from September 25, 2023, the links in XML files for trading and clearing reports, such as ftp://ftp.moex.com/pub/Reports/..., will be replaced with https://ftp.moex.com/pub/Reports/...
