Disaster recovery testing on 30th March 2024

Disaster recovery testing of the trading and clearing system of the Moscow Exchange Derivatives Market will take place on 30 March 2024.
The objective of this testing is to check the algorithms of trading Participants and the Moscow Exchange in a situation where deals and/or transactions are adjusted in the Derivatives Market due to a technical failure.

If you would like to participate in testing, please email your request to help@moex.com before 17:00 MSK on 28th of March 2024. Your request should contain the following details:

1. Contact person responsible for testing.
2. For the Derivatives market:

• Broker.
• Login and clearing register used for testing.
• IP address.

For derivatives market Plaza2 identifiers who have applied for participation, the password for gateway connections and terminal connections will be changed to 12345 for the duration of the tests. Please make the appropriate changes to the client_router.ini file during testing and return to the production password at the end of the tests.

If you don’t want to participate in testing, we recommend you to disconnect your systems from production environment for the weekend in order to avoid receiving test market data.
Please note that during DR test there may be periods of unavailability of MOEX web systems, including main web site (www.moex.com), ISS web service (iss.moex.com), FTP server, OTC trades report system.
