Russian Federation government bonds auction announced

On May 16, 2012 an auction for additional placement of constant coupon Russian Federation government bonds (OFZ) issued under No25079RМFS will be run in MICEX-RTS. Amount of the offer is RUB10 billion.           

Procedure for running the auction set by the Bank of Russia:

• 11:00 - 11:30 – submitting bids;
• 12:30 - announcement of the cut-off price.

Share of non-competitive bids: no more than 25% from a total bid volume submitted by a dealer.
Potential holders of the securities are determined as residents and non-residents.
Auction's settlement code determined in accordance with an instruction of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation is S0.
