Risk parameters change for the currency pair SLV/RUB

As per the FX and Precious metals market risk parameters methodology, on 22.10.2025, 16-17 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 142.78 rub for the settlement term TOD) and initial margins (up to 21.6 %) for the currency pair SLV/RUB were changed. New values are available here.
