Spectra T+1 test environment upgrade

Please note that the Test environment of the T1 Derivatives market has been updated to version 7.21.

The full list of changes is given in the attached file.

We would to inform you that on 02.06.2024, at a meeting of the Derivatives Market Committee of Moscow Exchange, it was decided not to launch the TAS product in version 7.21 (03.19.2023).
