Spectra T+1 test environment upgrade to version 8.6

Dear users,

We inform you that the test environment of the T+1 Derivatives Market has been updated to the Spectra 8.6 version and is available for testing.

• A revision has been implemented to transfer an additional payment for the compulsory execution of perpetual futures.
• In the FORTS_AGGRXX_REPL streams of aggregated order-books, a table of synchronous events, sys_events, has been added to provide additional information to members about the status of data in the stream.
• In the CGate API, an orderbook type listener implements simultaneous receipt of orders for futures, options, and multi-leg orders.

The functionality is available for testing.
