Establishment of contractual relationships with the Clearing Center

To gain access to trading, please provide the following documents relating to establishing a contractual relationship with the Clearing Center:

  1. Clearing Services Agreement concluded with the Clearing Center signed by the Applicant (in two copies).
  2. Clearing Participant questionnaire.
  3. Constitutive documents, unless earlier provided to RTS Clearing Center, Moscow Exchange, MICEX Stock Exchange.
  4. Notarized copies of licenses of professional market participants (if available), unless earlier provided to RTS Clearing Center, Moscow Exchange, MICEX Stock Exchange.
  5. Application for registration of Clearing Participant"s clients.

In addition, the following documents are required for participation in settlement of trades executed in the Standard sector of the Securities Market:

  1. Set up bank accounts with RTS Settlement Chamber.
  2. Set up trading accounts with DCC.
  3. Allow securities account operations by completing the D22 form (special trading sections are opened within the securities account held with DCC).
  4. Submit an Application for registration of a trading account.
  5. Submit an Application for allocation of trading accounts to a clearing register to ensure settlements on FORTS and in the Standard section.
  6. Sign the Agreement on execution of trades.

In addition, the following are required to connect to settlements of trades executed in the RTS Money System:

  1. Set up delivery accounts with National Settlement Depository.
  2. Submit an Application for allocation of delivery accounts for settlements within the RTS Money service.

To connect to settlements on the DVP basis without preliminary depositing of assets, please take the following actions:

  1. Obtain the status of a clearing participant at Closed Joint Stock Company "Depository Clearing Company" (DCC).
  2. Set up accounts with RTS Settlement Chamber.
