Trading in ordinary shares of JSC "ChMW" to be ceased

Trading in the ordinary shares of Joint Stock Company "Chusovoy Metallurgical Works" (trading system code CHMZ-001D) will be ceased, due to consolidating securities issues and cancelling individual number (code) assigned to the additional issue from April 3, 2012.

Concurrently, the following  parameter of the primary issue of ordinary shares of the company (trading system code CHMZ) will be changed as of April 3, 2012:

The shares of the issue were included into the section "Unlisted securities".
